Ruben is a bay quarter horse gelding, approximately 15.3 hands and 17 years old.  Ruben was an original Cowgirl Spirit Rescue horse from 2005 and has returned to our herd to be rehomed.  Ruben is blind in one eye, but easily overcomes his disability in different situations as long has he has a trusted human nearby.  Ruben has received extensive Parelli training over the years, and is a sweet boy who definitely develops a deep bond with his humans.  Adoption Fee: $750

Rescues In Training & Rehabilitation

The following horses have recently joined Cowgirl Spirit Rescue Drill Team and are in various stages of training, rehabilitation and assessments. They are not currently available for adoption but will be soon! Please check back often for updates!
Lady's Terra Walker is a 9 year old registered Morgan mare who was rescued from the August 2010 Enumclaw auction.  She comes from a long line of gaited Morgans (see her pedigree here).  She is approximately 14.3hh, and has a beautiful dappled chestnut coat.  She is in great physical shape, and has a very sweet, willing personality.  We've begun working with her under saddle and hope to introduce her to drill in the near future.  Terra will be available for adoption in the upcoming months.
